Cannot use AIR SDK after updating Animate. Using MacOS Catalina Version 10.15.7

I have Animate 21.0.1 build 37179 and both AIR 32.0.0.116 and 33.1.1.345

Using MacOS Catalina Version 10.15.7

After update yesterday I am unable to test or debug any AIR files.

With AIR 32 I get the error message:

A Javascript error occured.

At line 868 of file "AIR_TestMovie.jsfl".

Error: Cannot find file <path to file>/AIRSDK32/AIRSDK_Compiler//bin/adl.

With AIR 33:

Test Movie Launch Failed

and in the output panel:

Cannot run program "<path to AIR SDK>/AIRSDK_33_1_1_345/AIRSDK_MacOS/bin/adl": error=13, Permission denied

I eventually updated the OS to Big Sur, and reinstalled Animate / Creative Cloud.

Works fine now.

remove the sdks (help>manage air sdk) and then re-add them.

if that fails, close animate and restart it after doing above.

if that fails, restart your computer after removing and re-adding.
