Cant get rid of crosshairs in Brush tool in Animate

I am hoping someone might have a solution for this.

Caps lock is OFF but my brush tool in Animate will only show the crosshairs and not the brush size preview.

My brush preview works fine in Photoshop but will not work in animate. I am using a Cintiq on a Windows 10 machine.

I have the newest wacom and graphic card divers and unistalled and reinstalled Animate but still no luck.

Any help would be really appreciated! Thank you!
