Character Animator not responding after loading

Hi, i have installed Adobe Character Animator recently but iam facing a problem

which the software is not responding,, can you please help me out?

note: i have done lots of things trying to fix it including re-installing the software, run as adminstrator, open it in high performance from graphic settings and deleting virtual other input microphones.

my pc:

graphics card : nvidia GTX 1070 ti 

cpu: Ryzen 7 2700 

Ram: 16 GB 3200HZ
