Character In Animate CC Hangs After Using Pencil or Brush Tool!

Hello!
I have made a character in Animate CC. But the character hangs after I used pencil or brush tools!
If I remove that layer where I used the said tools, the character is back to normal!
This is just not good!

    I am not seeing the issue either. Can you be more specific?

    I don't see the problem myself but if pencil strokes are giving you trouble try converting them to fills, fills are much lighter for the program. Select the strokes and go to Modify > Shape > Convert Lines to Fills.
