After some Time working with my Android project now suddenly I got this message when compiling.

VerifyError: Error #1014: Klasse flash.text::StageText wurde nicht gefunden.

(class ... StageText not found)

The compiling also runs a bit odd and did nothing the first time. After second time compiling I get the message that another flash is debugging. And after clicking that away I get the error message and my movie runs through the timeline ignorig all stop codes. I have been working with the StageText class and did not change the flash version. Copying the whole content to a new fla did not help.

Any ideas?

TIA

shut down all open apps and restart your computer.

restart flash and open a new fla, add something to it and test.

if no problem, open your current project fla and test.  any problem?

if yes, you may have a corrupt fla.  to confirm, test other fla's and verify they work, as expected.

if other fla's show a problem, reinstall flash.
