Classic motion guide is not visible

Hey!

I am beginner at Animate. I want the classic motion guide with the pencil tool to be seen after rendering, but can't find a way to do that.

Also the objects are behind the path, but I want them to be on top of the path. Arrange > Bring to front is not working.

    Hi - welcome to Animate! 

    A classic motion guide is a type of guide layer - and so is always hidden. If you want it visible - simply duplicate the layer as a normal layer type. 

    Arrange only works within the selected layer - click and drag the layers themselves to rearrange their stacking order.
