Classic tween doesn't work when exported

Hello
I have a problem that I hope you guys can help me with. It would be easier to show with a video, but I can't upload one, so I'm just gonna explain as good as I can.
Here is a scene from my video, where it fades from the scene to white. I use classic tween to do this:

It fades normally in Adobe Animate, but when I export it and watch it in QuickTimePlayer or Photos it does a weird glitch thing so it says scene to white, to scene to white
