Closed a toolbar and don't know how to get it back

There was a nice row of tools right above the stage area. I needed more room, so I closed them. Now I can't figure out how to get them back. I don't remember what they all were - just standard stuff - pointer tool, transform tool, probably a rotate tool and quite a few more. Anyone know what those are called and how to get them back?

    Near the bottom of the Window menu is Workspaces. One of those will be checked, and at the bottom of that menu item will be a Reset option. For example, it may be that Essentials is selected, and the reset menu item will say Reset "Essentials". Try selecting that.
