Closing a shape using pencil tool Animate

Question

Hello, this cold be a stupid question but I was just wondering

When I am drawing with pencil tool is ther any option where I can close a gap when I am drawing like there is in Illustrator.

I usually hold down ALT at the end of my stroke in illustrator and it coloses the gap.

Is this an option in Adobe animate?

no.

but if you want to fill a shape that has gaps, the bucket tool has an option that allows closing gaps. (it actually doesn't fill the gap, but fills the shape, as if there were no gap.)

to manually fill any gaps,

1. you can magnify to more easily see and close gaps

2. using the outline of the layer containing the shape may make it easier to see gaps
