code snippets cannot be added in latest version

I tried to add custom code snippets through all available methods and it did not work.

Have anyone run into this problem?

what steps fail for you?

1- edited the xml

2- added a selected snippet through new snippet

3- added directly in new snippet

4- imported xml from previous version

None of these worked.

1. edit the xml.

2. save the xml.

3. reopen the snippets panel and use your edited or new snippet.
