Color Effects Panel missing

Hello,

 

I'm trying to help a student. For some reason in one of her projects, the frame properties tab is missing most of the panels. Label and Sound are there but the rest are missing. I' tried resetting the workspace, restarting Animate and a bunch of general rummaging, but no luck. Her other projects all seem to be working normally. 

 

I've tried searching but I'm not seeing anyone that has the same problem. Help!

Make sure the student isn't working on a Canvas document. Frame effects are not supported on Canvas.

    color effects for a frame?

     

    are you looking for the color panel (window>color)?

     

    if not, copy and paste here a screenshot showing the properties panel/frame tab with color effects.

    It was on my student's computer so I don't have the exact same thing. But basically everything in the red rectangle was missing.
