Colour changes when it shouldn't

I think I found a bug in animate CC, which is that when I move a certain part of a character I am making for an animation part of the coloour changes. Does anyone know how to fix this? I already tried turning it into a symbol or moving it using the X and Y values in the upper right of the screen when something is selected. Here is a video if my explanation was mediocre (which it probably was).
