Combine head frames

I'm working on a project and I made a layer with an object growning in different steps.

Now I want this same layer animation copied (that's no issue) and than change, size and place the colour of the object. But when I select to whole layer it just changes one frame but not all a the same time. So I have to make the changes frame by frame. Does anybody have a smart idea that i can group the frame and make the change to the whole layer at once?

    Either use Edit Multiple Frames or nest your layer inside a symbol.

    Thank you for quick response but it doesn't work as I wish.

    I see the differt layers displayed in the resizing but when enter I see that just the first head frame is resized and the rest start at the next head frame on the old place
