Commission Adobe Animate AS3 > HTML5 Canvas coding

I'm a designer who used Flash many moons ago and I have recently started using Adobe Animate again recently. I can't write code from scratch, I've never been able to, but I'm able to understand code to a degree where I can take something and tweak it to how I need it or want to use it in a creative way. This is how I experimented way back when in the days of Praystation FLA downloads etc 😉

I have ideas (and some tutorial/source code) for pieces i'd like to create but don't have the skills to code from scratch. Have tried looking on Fiverr etc for Animate/AS3/HTML5 Canvas experts but to no avail.
Wondered if anyone on here took freelance/commissions?

Would be looking for some AS3 coding ported to work within HTML5 Canvas within Adobe Animate.
Mostly simple interactive toys/experiments I'd develop further.
