Compile error with camera after testing animation project

Hello guys,

I have no programming knowledge whatsoever, Trying to using adobe animate to make an animation consisting of motion tweens of png files that fade in and fade out using the alpha color function. Also with a camera to zoom in and out.

So far when I hit test movie, The camera motion tweens are not present and I get this error when I put in the camera layer with motion tweens. Not sure how to fix this.
