convert flash fl.controls.datagrid to java script/html5

I need to convert a fl.controls.datagrid from an as3 file to html5/java script.  From your forums discussion it looks like Canvas does not have a datagrid component implemented.  Can you tell me the best equivalent/conversion for this?  I am new at this.

Thank You,

Renee

you posted in the adobe animate forum.  adobe animate uses movieclips (and easeljs) so you can build your own datagrid within animate (using movieclips and easeljs).

if you are willing to use a different js library, there are many that have datagrids.  google it.  here's one, Lightweight Grid jQuery Plugin - jsGrid

you'll need to make a datagrid movieclip yourself (or hire someone else to do that).

Isn't a movie clip flash?  If so, we are trying to migrate away from flash.  I am not sure what you are implying with "hiring someone else to do this" but what about using dojo?  Our existing project uses dojo but does not have the grid components installed so it seems to me that I would need to upgrade dojo to include the grid component and use that.
