Convert Flash to HTML 5

Question

On the website https://www.perceptionsystem.com/blog/convert-flash-website-html-site/  is written, “Adobe Animate CC.Adobe Acrobat CC is an excellent conversion tool for HTML5 projects from flash, in which you have .fla files. As the leading platform of Adobe Flash, the device works best for converting such projects to HTML5.” Please let me know the web link to the visual tutorial of this conversion and   what files I should upload to the hosting server to view the converted file on the Internet.

animate, not acrobat, can convert your as3 fla to html5/canvas but animate is an adobe program, not an online tool and it converts none of your actionscript.
