Converting swf to svg file - error in extension manager - Not working. Please Help

How do I install an Adobe CS5 extension in the extension manager when I receive the prompt - you are about to install the extension 'SVG Animation Exporter'. the publisher can not be verified. Are you sure you want to install this extension? I then select install and nothing appears in my extension manager as if it never installed. Please help. Also It would be even more helpful if there was a better way to convert flash or swf files to svg . Thanks
