Copy and paste

hello i'm currently using adobe animate and have trouble with the copy and past layers feature, The layer when pasted has no property's inside of it (for example) I copy a pair of eyes and when i go to paste it. the eyes aren't there.

i don't see that. attach screenshots showing what you're doing.

Hi! thanks for messaging back. It seems that the content dose not get copyed with the layer if you know what i mean.

your screenshots show there is content, at least, as much as one can see.

it would be more helpful to hide all the layers except the copied and except the pasted layer.
