copy and paste frames problem

Hello

My problem is when ever I copy a frame and paste it, it doesn't copy the drawing, it pastes an empty frame!

I'm sure I'm doing it right, I click with the right mouse on the keyframe that I want or (option+command+c) then I click on the frame I want to paste in (option+command+v)

HELP PLZ

when you right click a frame you should see a context menu. do you?

if so, click copy frame. then right click where you want to paste and click paste frame.

that will avoid possible shortcut issues from causing the problem.

I do exactly what you said, I'm just writing the shortcut to clarify what I mean

It had the opposite effect.

You aren't inside editing a group when you do this, are you? Or working with locked or hidden layers? Or copying a frame that's actually empty?
