Could not load scene into memory. Your document may be damaged.

doesnt load the 1st scene and only 2nd scene exists,ive tried the zip strategy but that also doesnt work,is there any way to fix it or is it completely lost.

then more details for prevention:

 

if you have project1.fla, save it as project1_v000.fla, and after some changes save as project1_v001.fla etc.  after an hour or two or if something seems "off", close the most recent version and retry opeing it.

 

only after successfully opening a version can you be assured it's not corrupt.  you can then delete previous versions. ie, having a version open and working normally is not a guarantee against corruption.  you must close and reopen to be sure.

You may also try to decompile the most recent SWF. The result is not guaranteed and often not perfect, but maybe it's worth giving it a try.

ive already started remaking the animation,this means the most recent SWF is not the same,also i didnt save the SWF,but still,thanks anyways

if you tested your fla, you will create a swf.  though i understand you're past the restore phase.

if winrar won't repair

check for a backup/auto-recovery file

try to unzip or unrar to see if any assets can be recovered.

 

learn to use increasing version numbers appended to your file name to prevent this from causing significant loss of time/work in the future.

thanks for the help,the recovery file is also corrupted,and i have tried that already,but ill make sure to use your strategy in the future
