Couldn't export anything in Animate CC!!

Hello,
I couldn't export anything in animate CC. When i click export video and export H.264 or mpeg4, it doesn't work. The issue is on both latest or previous versions. My devicce is M1 macbook pro. Do you have any solution?

    Do you have movieClips on the main timeline?

    Change the output folder in the export video/media window and open Media Encoder first before rendering.

    Hello!
    Thank you for your answer but when i try to export as PNG sequences, it gives error: "null is not an object"!

    Media Encoder should not be involved in this at all.

     

    PNG sequence is exported via Export Movie menu:
