Why does mine keep on crashing like every 2-3 min? Its not even a freakin big file

Mac or Win? If Mac, did you update to Ventura recently? I've also experienced crashes recently and it was after updating the OS. If not, refer to Kglad's response.

uninstall animate including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

confirm your preferences were reset.
