Crashing before I even see the main menu

Question

Hello fellas, my Adobe Animate crashes at random intervals of 15 secods after each time I attempt opening it, anyone got some ideas for a solution? Re-Installing doesn't work. Other adobe stuff works well i.e Illustrator/photoshop.

I have several projects to finish by the end of the week but the app just wont cooperate ;(

Hope someone finds a better solution than throwing my computer from the window of the 10th floor

You can reset the preferences with certain keys held down while opening Animate, that would be worth a try.

Hold down Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Windows) or Shift+Command+Option (Mac), while opening Animate. A dialog should appear asking if you want to delete the Animate preferences, which you do.
