Created a .flv in after effects; what is the action script for playing a movie clip

I am using a broadcast production software that needs flash files for the lower thirds.  I created the lower thirds in after effects and rendered out as an .flv file.  I don't know if I'm going about this the right way, but now I need to know what is the action script to get this to play.  There are no buttons.  I was just told that this program that we are using needs to be a flash file for the graphics to work.
