CreateJS Canvas Border

Hi Adobe folks,

I work in advertising where I build copious amount of little re-sized display pieces. These pieces always require a border which I have to adjust vector or re-save out from PSD for every unit.

Is there a way to code in Adobe Animate using createJS so I have a 1 px border that stretches to canvas size? So for instance if I resize my comp from 300x250 to 320x250 the 1 px border would stretch to fit the size of the canvas like a border?

Is that possible at all? If so, I would be absolutely thrilled.
