Creating a .ics calendar file

Hi,

Does anyone know how to do this? I'm hoping to use AS3 to create a .ics calendar file and save it to the user's PC. This is for the Flash player and not AIR.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

flash doesn't publish ics files.

Do you think this wont work? Or is this a AIR only solution?

that's an air only solution.  they author is using air to create an ics file
