Creating animated carousel funnel of images

Hi, I am trying to figure out what program was used to create this animated funnel carousel of images ( I know that is the proper name for the effect) does anyone know how to create it?

 I've attached an image of the what I am trying to achieve, on the Instagram page the images rotate.

    Or maybe you should consider a 3D JavaScript library like Three.js or Babylon.js.

    Hi.

     

    Yeah, it's possible to create a carousel like this in Animate. It's an advanced interactivity, so a good understanding of 3D math, JavaScript, CreateJS and the canvas element will be required.

     

    Keith Peters has an excellent tutorial on how to create a 3D carousel.

     

    Anyway, do you have the link so we can see exactly how the carousel works?
