Creating multiple sizes banners

Hello everyone.
I'm trying to find out if it's possible to create one source animated HTML5 banner in AA, which I spread to other dimensions and correctly adjust what will be needed. It's the same as Google Web Designer has it. Working in it is simple, but it has its ups and downs.
For library reasons and interdependencies, I want to keep it all in the Adobe family.

    you can create one source to start, but you will need to create different sources from that one for each size desired.  ie, in general, one source cannot publish different size documents (and look good) without editing.
