Creative Cloud - Quick Actions - Animate From Audio

Hello,

I regularly create characters using animate from audio on the creative cloud, however this morning I keep getting the error that 'we are unable to contact our service - internal error. I have restarted my computer and cleared cache and cookies and it's still not working. Please can this be sorted asap. I need this for my work.

I did see a report of some errors with Express this morning - this may have to do with that. I think it has been resolved. 

Side-note: this is the forum for Adobe Animate... which is completely different from both Adobe Character Animator and the feature of Adobe Express I think you are using. Yes, Adobe has made this all very confusing.

there were a couple of major issues yesterday, but they're resolved now.
