Crosshairs at cursor

Hello, I am drawing with brush tool on Cintiq with latest Animate and latest drivers. I cannot get the crosshairs to disappear when I am hovering to pick my spot.   This question has been answered before, but I have checked all previous solutions!  Thank you in advance.
