Current Universal Specs for Animated Display Ads

Howdy, all. I'm wondering if there is a set of universally accepted specs for present-day animated display ads. The sizes I've been using are:

300 x 250
728 x 90
300 x 600
320 x 100
160 x 600
320 x 50

Does that seem correct to everyone? Does anyone know the length of time most sites accept for animation? File size...? Any insight can help at this point. Thanks!
