Current version of Animate doesn't work at all. Support person tried to change absolutely everything about the computer, which did nothing. Animate just crashes when making a new document. It absolutely does not work. Nobody would give this software a chance. It doesn't have issues. It 100% doesn't work. Support just leads to a huge waste of time and no solution.
Yeah, not going to reinstall Windows because one application can't work.
Otherwise, unfortunately, none of anything else worked. I really can't spend time reinstalling everything over and over, and then Animate not work.
Leaving it to that I have to reinstall Windows. That could be the solution for any issue, knowing that it's unlikely that one would do that, with no real issues in relation to Windows. Nobody knows why Animate doesn't work. Does it work for you?
yes, animate works for me without problem.
other the years, i've had flash/animate crash will doing something with complex files so i've learned to save my fla files with increasing version numbers appended to the file name so i don't loose significant work when working on anything beyond basic files.
