Cursor size changes in Animate scene window

I'm using windows 10, with a Vaio Canvas and a Cintiq 21 UX.  Whenever I move the cursor from any other part of the Animate UI into the stage, the cursor size changes and blows up around 200%.  There's nothing in preferences to change cursor size, and I don't know why it's doing it.  It's making me crazy.  Can anyone help?
