Custom DPI (custom scaling level) isn't supported by Animate

Hi,

I've set custom DPI (102) for my monitor in Windows. And the only application that doesn't work is Animate.

As you can see from the video animate.mp4, there is a mismatch between mouse cursor position and canvas.

The solution hasn't been found so far. Would be nice is somebody from Adobe would take a note.
