Data lost

So basically, I worked on a project for a few hours but remember I didnt save, then the next day which is today I worked a little bit more on it then I had to restart my PC because of a problem but then adobe animate was stopping me from restarting because I needed to save so then I clicked to save. But after it restarted, I opened the file (Note : I was editing a file for Friday Night Funkin') but it was just the normal BF fla file. I'm panicking what do I do!?!
