de-synced audio in adobe animate

when i import an audio to animate for some reason it isn't coherent!, i have my project set to 24fps, can somebody tell me what's happening?

    Yes, there is such a problem.
    If the animation of three minutes or more, the sound starts to slightly outpace the animation.
    I solve this problem in Adobe Premiere Pro. I do - unlink - and copy the duration from the audio track to the video track

    sync'g sound with animation can by done by assigning "stream" to the sync property of the sound.

    I know. But when exporting to video, the video sequence lags behind the sound by about 0.2 - 0.3%.
    And this is noticeable when voicing the characters.
    But this applies to animations lasting 3 minutes or more. And the more animation, the more noticeable it is
