[dfp google double click] How to make a banner

Hi,

I have to make expand banner 98x30>300 and toplayer 800x600 for google DFP double click.

Have you got some working exaples? I`ve try to adjust my work to their specification but I`m not familiar with codding

Could somebody help me?
