Disabling unused shortcuts not working in Animate.

Hello!

Has anyone had any success in disabling keyboard shortcuts in Animate? I have been trying for a long time to disable the straight edge lasso and magic wand which I never use. I use the regular lasso all the time and if I accidentally hit 'L' more than once I wind up with the straight edge lasso clinging to my screen until I hit 'L' a couple more times and get rid of it. I assume it's a bug, but disabling the shortcut in keyboard shortcuts does not work for this. Nor does assigning an unused key to those tools to try to break the L cycle.  It probably doesn't sound like a big deal, but it's a major and frequent interruption to my workflow that has forced me to stick with Flash.
