Does Adobe actually consider Feature Requests?

In the Feature Requests wishform, we are required to give our email. However, Adobe doesn't email you as to whether or not your request is being considered.

My question is:  What is the Adobe Animate Team's mentality towards features requested by Animate users? Do these requests go into the very next update (like 2016.3) or the following year (2017)? Does Adobe actually consider them?
