Hi.

If you're on Windows, go to File > Settings... > Edit Preferences (Ctrl + U) > Interface and choose the Light option.

If you're on Mac, go to [Animate name] > Settings... > Edit Preferences (Cmd + U) > Interface and choose the Light option.
