"Dot" pressure sensitivity issue.

I recently upgraded to a Huion kamvas GT 221 Pro and after the awesomeness of having a very large screen a frustrating problem arose that Im yet to solve. when using pressure sensitivity a large dot appears at the end of every stroke. I have removed old drivers and made sure that this new driver is up to date but still nothing works. I never had this problem with my old gaomon tablet but I tried the huion tablet in illustrator and I didn't have a problem with pressure sensitivity. so at this point Im not sure if its an issue with the tablet or Animate but I would appreciate It if you guys could help me find the solution.
