Download .ai lip-sync animation file from Adobe Stock and Marketplace and import to animate file.

I am able to download a .ai file from Stock and Marketplace. I am having problems creating symbols from this file for character animation. Can someone contact me to help me with this process?

1. using the selection tool, click something on stage (to select it) that you want to convert

2. right click > click convert to symbol

3. select your options and click ok.

any problem?
