Dragable timeline slider Create JS

Hello at all,

I'm new in the Animate CC Business and also new in coding javascript and createJS. What I would like to ask is, how can I realize a dragable timeline slider which gives me control over the timeline. When I start the animation the slider should show me the progress of the animation. When I drag it I like to control the animation. Like in this example:

I know there is an example but I don't understand how to realize it in animate CC.
