Drawing Problem

I'm an artist (well...not really...)

and I use Adobe Flash Pro CS6 to draw....

the last few days I got this problem that its not allowing me to draw

I mean...I can draw lines left to right (or right to left), but up and down (down and up) its not...its just moving that bar on the side of the stage...

I really need help with that...I need to finish some projects
