Drawing tablet pen not working correctly

I have this issue where my tablet will cause what's happening in the video. The time it does draw something, as can be seen in the video, is when I'm left clicking with my mouse instead, but everything else is me using the pen. Does anyone have an idea why it's happening and and how to fix it?
