Drawn line shifts

I start drawing with any tool in adobe animate, then the drawn line shifts after I release the button, at the beginning when I draw it shows how the line will look like, but as soon as I remove the brush from the screen, that line shifts and because of this it is not possible to draw

It might be due to display scaling other than 100%.

It's worth checking your OS settings and set your monitor to 100% display scaling.
