Drawn on differemt layers is not shown

Hello! I started learning adobe animate some time ago and have a problem with layers. When I create more than one layer, the programm shows me only figures drawn on the top layer. If anything is drawn on the other layer, it won't be shown. Could you help me to solve this problem?

copy and paste here a screenshot of a layer (and above layers and stage) with contents that don't appear on stage.

now, hide the above layer(s) and copy and paste here another screenshot again showing the layers and stage.
