Drop down menu (sorry long post)

Hi, im at university and for a piece of coursework I have to make a professional looking website. I have decided to load external SWFs, rather that have long loading times, because of this I have a container, which the SWFs are loaded into. I also have a drop down menu, which is in its own Movieclip, the structure of the menu is below:

The container is on Scene 1, at the moment I can load the SWF by clicking on 'box1' but it loads in its own window, not the container, my question is how do I load the SWF into the container on scene 1 by clicking box1?
