Drop down options not working

I cannot seem to get any of the drop down options to work in my Properties panel. Clicking the bar or down arrow does not reveal the options available. A bounding box appears around the drop down title box and I can scroll through options with the up and down arrows, changing the option, but no drop down is possible - same for the filters panel too - clicking the '+' button will not bring up options for a Movie Clip filter.

Any advice much appreciated

    Hi Kevin

So you have options, you can scroll with up and down arrow and they work? It's only that the drowdowns do not open. Hm.

Sometimes they get stuck, i had a problem with the Font dropdown menu in Animate v19.1. it didn't open as well from time to time. Related to a particular problem with web fonts on MacOS. Probably not your issue.

Are you Actionscript 3 or HTML5/Canvas? And which one is your Animate version?

Sometimes this helps: Go to Window -> Workspaces -> and then on the very bottom of that sub-menu Reset your chosen Workspace.

    Hi Klaus,

I was working in an Action script 3 file, but even in a new HTML 5 file I

get no drop down in properties at all. At first I thought it might be my

Wacom, but I have no joy with the mouse either

Kev, did you try to reset your workspace?
